Cost decisions

From the feeback I received, it was unanimous: Pay $18 per adult, $5 per child (3 and over) and have everything taken care of. So, I'm asking everyone to send that money to me so that I can purchase what we need. Please send a check to:

thanks!

More details

I am pricing out food, and it looks like the easiest thing to do will be to order deli trays...meats, fruit, veggies, and chicken tenders (for the kids). I need some feedback....
do you want to pay $18 per adult, $5 per kid (3 and over only) and have EVERYTHING taken care of (room rental, food, drink, ice, paper products, dessert), or do you want to pay $15 per person, $5 for kids and have to bring a side dish or drinks? I was thinking having everything taken care of would be best since many are coming from out of town, but let me know what you think!
